Follow these steps to minimize your inconvenience and get quick response in the event of an accident. Only RMA Cambodia are able to return your Ford Vehicle to factory specifications with a 6 month guarantee because our skilled Ford trained technicians use Ford repair procedures, genuine parts and approved materials to ensure your continued safety and your vehicle’s durability and resale value.
Call the Police and obtain an Accident Report or a Repair Letter. In case of major accidents it can be a hassle without this document.
Report the accident to your insurance company. Fill in an Insurance claim form, and attach the original Police Report. Retain a copy for the repairer. Record the claim number allocated by your insurance Company.
Proceed to RMA Accident repair workshop at Pochentong and request an estimate.

Depending on the extent of damage, an estimate can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 12 hours. RMA Cambodia can fax the estimate to your insurance company or you may take it there in person. We charge for estimates but these costs are refundable on production of the receipt when collecting your car if it is repaired by us.
- Less than $10,000.00 – $10.00
- $ 10,000.00 – $ 30,000.00 – $ 20.00
- Over $30,000.00 – $ 30.00
To authorize repairs, an insurance company assessor will need to inspect the damage. If the vehicle is with you, please make an appointment with the insurance company and bring the vehicle to RMA Cambodia at the agreed-upon time. Before commencing repair work, RMA Cambodia requires a Purchase Order (LPO) from your insurance company quoting the Claim Number. On receipt of the LPO, the job will be scheduled and you will be informed of an expected completion date. The completion date is subject to any additional work being found necessary once the vehicle is dismantled.
If you wish to enquire about the progress of your vehicle during repair, please call the concerned Service Advisor who assisted you at the time of making the estimate and receiving the vehicle. To release the vehicle at completion of work, please bring a release letter from your insurance company and the RO copy given to you by the Service Advisor who received your car. If your insurance company’s Purchase Order / Release Letter instructs us to collect any excess or betterment charges, please bring the amount. We cannot release the car without settlement.
